As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated full-time Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team of network operators.

Job Overview:
As a full-desk 360 degree Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting and winning new clients, as well as sourcing and securing candidates for our open positions. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales who is eager to jumpstart their career in either field. You will gain valuable experience in a small business environment, where your insights will directly influence our growth, thus opening many possible paths in the future for you as a professional. This is a remote position, but it does have some in-person requirements including training sessions, meeting clients and candidates when possible, and occasional travel for networking and industry events. The ideal candidate will partner with us as an independent contractor/1099 worker to start, earning a steady fixed income plus variable commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential clients to establish new business relationships.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to find and engage qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, providing feedback to candidates and clients.
  • Client Management: Act as the key point of contact for your client relationships by executing top notch stakeholder management skills.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters to refine strategies for sourcing and securing top talent and new clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track progress toward targets.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Existing skills in business development, and a high motivation  to close deals.
  • A self-driven mindset; output-oriented mentality
  • Ability to utilize and track key performance indicators and activity in company CRM
